Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  1. The item must be in new and unused condition.
  2. It should be in its original packaging.

You have a 30-day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return. We've made it easy for you:

No Additional Fees:

  • If you wish to return the item due to customer remorse, there will be no additional fees.
  • In the case of a defective product, rest assured that there will be no restocking fee, and we'll even cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within a specified number of days. The refund will be issued through your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you haven't received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Reach out to your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

If, after completing these steps, you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at sales@oemnordic.com.

Sale Items (if applicable):

Regular-priced items are eligible for refunds, but sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please send us an email at sales@oemnordic.com and ship your item to:

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.

Free Return Shipping for Defective Products: For defective items, we will cover the cost of return shipping. You won't have to worry about any shipping expenses.

For non-defective returns, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you purcased with free shipping costs and return the item, we do deduct the shipping charge from the return value.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item without a tracking method.
