This is the 640A plug/male/stecker/macho, used for charger/motor-side usually.

This is the original REMA DIN 640 high-power battery connector with an unrivaled current rating of 640 amps. The connector system has been specifically designed for the quick and opportunity charging of large battery capacities and corresponds to the DIN VDE 0632-589 and EN 1175-1.

POSSIBLE TO FIT 3 PAIRS OF AUXILIARY CONTACTS
As a special feature, it is possible to install an additional (third) pair of auxiliary contacts using the air-circulation pipes and the pilot contact kit.

REMA developed contacts made out of pure high conductive Cu-ETP copper with silver plated surface and an anti-friction and tarnish coating to ensure a power transition with minimal losses and long life. The DIN 640 battery connector is suitable for a wide range of cable sizes. Cable can be crimped directly without using a reducing bushing. For best performance results and durability, the specially developed REMA Crimp die sets and tools should be used.
